A payment can remain pending while the provider confirms the transaction. If a payment fails, review the checkout message and contact support if the order status does not update.

Refund requests should include the order number, product and reason. Contact support so the marketplace can review the request according to the applicable purchase terms.

Add the title, category, description, pricing, files, preview images, documentation and other required product information, then submit it from your seller dashboard.

Author earnings are calculated using the marketplace payout settings configured by the administrator. Your seller dashboard shows relevant sales and earnings information.

Use your seller dashboard to edit eligible product information and submit updated releases or files where the marketplace workflow allows it.

Eligible earnings can be withdrawn using the payout workflow and methods enabled by the marketplace administrator. Minimum payout and schedule rules may apply.
