Products & purchases
Product pages describe the available files, version, features, compatibility and price. Review those details before purchase. A completed purchase grants access to the digital files associated with that order, subject to the product license and any author-specific terms.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered through the buyer account after successful payment. Download links and access controls may be protected against unauthorized sharing. The marketplace may record download activity for security, support and order-management purposes.
Author responsibilities
Authors must have the rights necessary to sell and distribute every file they submit. Listings should be accurate, original or properly licensed, free of malicious code and described honestly. Authors are responsible for maintaining their product files, compatibility information and support commitments.
Prohibited content
Do not upload malware, stolen source code, unauthorized copyrighted material, deceptive listings, illegal content or products intended to facilitate abuse. The marketplace may review, suspend or remove content that violates applicable law or platform rules.
Payments, refunds & disputes
Payments are processed through the gateways enabled by the marketplace. Prices and available payment methods may change. Refund eligibility depends on the marketplace refund policy, the nature of the digital product and the circumstances of the request. Payment disputes should be raised through the appropriate support channel.
Intellectual property
Marketplace branding, platform software and original site content remain protected by their respective rights holders. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the marketplace, author brand or underlying intellectual property; it provides the rights described by the applicable product license.
Support & availability
Marketplace support covers account, order and platform issues. Product-specific technical support is provided by authors when stated in the listing. We may perform maintenance, updates or security work that temporarily affects availability.
